Nutsoft Tracking stores the account details you register with (company name, e-mail address) and the telemetry produced by trackers registered to your account: position, temperature, battery, impact and tamper readings, and the alerts derived from them.

Telemetry is held in MongoDB Atlas in the EU and retained for 30 days; account, device, job and alert records are retained while your account exists. Data is processed on Amazon Web Services in the eu-north-1 (Stockholm) region and, for the website, on Vercel.

We use your e-mail address to send verification codes, password resets and, if you opt in, alert notifications via Amazon SNS. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

You can delete devices and jobs from your dashboard at any time. To close your account or request a copy of your data, e-mail giles@nutsoft.co.
