You are responsible for the devices you register, for the accuracy of the claim codes and rules you enter, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Nutsoft may suspend accounts that interfere with the service or other customers.

Alert e-mails and in-app notifications are best-effort. Delivery depends on third-party networks, including the mobile network your trackers use.
